Looking at a 2009 X5d, Need Advice

Hello, I am looking at a used 2009 X5d and wanted to know what known issues are there with the 2009 X5d. Any specific things I should look for before purchasing? Also, what was the original factory warranty on the 2009s? Thank you greatly in advance!!
