Satellite presets

So every so often when I get in the car not all my presets show up, I have all 9 filled but one day I clicked presets and nothing was there. The next time I started the car it was there. When I saw it wasn't there I ended up filling them in again, stopped at the 5th preset. Now I notice sometimes all 9 show up or the 5 show up. Am I missing something? are there 2 sets of presets for Sirius and maybe I am switching back and forth to them by accident?

Just wondering, but did you have a subscription to Sirius?

I only ask this because I had the free 3-month trial and my presets were made up of a mix of FM/AM and SAT. Then a year later, they caught on and discontinued my free subscription and the presets would just show FM/AM. BUT, once in a while, the presets would populate with FM/AM and the SAT and I would be able to listen to SAT.

Could this be happening to you as well?

I have a 12 month free subscription that started last month.

The profile gets out of whack every once and a while. It's related to the key fob recognition, I think.

Happened with me on my 2011 model.

Why are you saying "all 9" are filled? The presets list stores 40 entries, I think. You can mix Sirius, FM and AM on your Presets list. Not sure what issue you are seeing.
