Looks good. I plan on going with the Eibach Sportline springs, which should lower 1.9 front and 1.5 in the rear. Does he know how much he lowered his? Are those 18s or 19s?

3 inches! Holy crap. That is outrageous. I think that thing is going to eat up some tires...
I have been driving a 1" dropped 350z for the past 8 years and the alignment is just barely in mfg spec. The car probably sits as low or lower than that x1 does. However, it really does eat up tires and rotating is a serious pain due to the staggered setup I run. I was pretty sure I was going to leave my x1 ride height alone for that reason, but it does look really good dropped down like that, especially from the side. I would probably go a lot less aggressive if it were me, though. Thanks again for the great pictures. |

I ran this setup on my 335 for 3.5 seasons and I'm still on the original tires not at the wear bars, it will be aligned this weekend after some more adjustments. Being this low has changed the look of the X1 completely. It still rides about stock and turns lots of heads.

This X1 is now a highway cruiser, it should never tread in mud or rough terrain.
