Ok the adjuster quoted 1200 bucks in damages.

Lets just say the body shop I took it to said damages were ALOT more.

They sent me a check for $1200.

I'm not supposed to cash this, or they will leave me high and dry for the rest of the bill, right?

I wouldn't. I'd get an official estimate from the body shop and present it to the insurance company.

What company was that?
  1. Phone adjuster and thank him for his down payment
  2. Inform adjuster of his true liability.
  3. Enjoy!
