Maco and Training on X5D

Hello All,
I am trying to put together a deal for a X5D and want to get the deal on MACO and training fees. On BMW config, there is a $200 charge for training. My dealer is saying $180 for training and $350 for MACO. No a huge deal, about $330, but they also want $1K over invoice before incentives before credits.

Can you please tell me the story on how MACO and training work? Thanks in advance

MACO is different for every region.....for example there is $380 in LA county, but in San Luis Obispo there is none... so it varies.. we all pay it, even employees.. MACO pays for all the advertising around that region... it's a non negotiable fee... the true invoice is MACO+TS fee plus option= INVOICE everyone pays TSF that is standard across the country.

I think the training fee is $180 for everyone; MACO depends on the dealership, some have it, some don't, and the amount is region based.

And both fees are $0 when doing ED.

If you can do ED on an X5 you're a better man than me...
