How to turn off auto dimming mirrors?

How to turn off auto dimming mirrors? Or add checkbox for auto dimming? I know that I have seen it somewhere but I can't find it

On a related note... Can the % tint be adjusted through coding or are there physical constraints of the hardware involved?

I need to disable the auto dimming feature or at least make it selectable. Who can help me with this in the Boston area?
