Malfunction warnings
Need help. I have a 2006 530i and the car is acting-up. Every once in a while when I turn on the car the following happens; Driver Control System, windshield wiper malfunction, start-off assistance inactive. These are my warnings, the car’s wipers are on, the high beams are on and begin to turn off and on, and sometimes my left signal turns on. As you can imagine very frustrating. Has anyone experienced this, it sounds like a sensor gone bad.

Thank you, it used to malfunction and eventually stop. Now the wipers do not stop, high beams on, what a mess. I disconnected the battery to see, but it will not stop. Very frustrated.
