iphone cradle for X5

Hello all,

I purchased a 2007 X5 3.0d from a BMW dealer yesterday, and am brand new to this forum. I have a couple of questions to ask you all and seek your advice.

I don't pick the car up until next week and am quite excited, but wanted to know whether I could fit the BMW iphone cradle in my X5. It currently looks like it has the holder for a Nokia phone in the centre console and wondered if it would simply be a case of taking the nokia one out and just swapping for the iphone cradle (iphone 4).??

My car doesn't have a usb, so I think this will just charge and allow phone use. I don't have navigation or tv.

There's one on eBay at the moment which i'm watching.
Here is the link if you can tell me if it'll fit please?

Thanks
Mark

There is no cradle for that car. The only option is the iPod integration kit which lets you plug in a iPhone that is the iPhone 5 in. That let's you play music only.

oh, ok, thats a bummer . I reckon i'll just have to get a charger that plug into the cigarette lighter then, and use the bluetooth system, which should hopefully recognise the iphone.
cheers
