Clear liquid leaking

Hey All,

I have a brand new X3 28i and I noticed today that there is a clear liquid leaking out at the back of the right front wheel well. I figured it might be water from the A/C, but when I smelled it, it smelled a lot like rubbing alcohol. It's under warranty so I will take it in for them to check this week, but wondered if anyone else has seen this?

My car occasionally emits an antifreeze odour but I've never seen any puddles.

That's where the windshield washer fluid bottle is located. Maybe it's leaking.

I am taking it to the dealer in the morning. I am hoping it's just something simple like the washer hose has come loose. I will let you guys know.
