1995 bmw e38 hazards and head lights keep flashing only when locked

Hey guys ive had my 95 series 7 e38 for almost 2 years.
i fell asleep wile driving and crashed into a light post, ever since then every time i lock it the head lights and all for indicators flash. sometimes it will stop after a wile but other times it will keep doing it until the battery goes flat,

anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
