2001 530i WON'T CRANK
my car will not crank. the battery is new, the light, windows work,... I hear a clicking sound every time I try to start the engine, and the lights go out. Should I jump start it? Any comments will be appreciated.

Probably your starter refuses to work, maybe you should hit over the head a few times.

If you have a meter check the battery. Since the lights go out the battery might be the problem or even a bad connection. Try to jump start it and see what happens.
