They should fit, but before you use them test fit them and see what the clearance is between the tire and the shocks/struts.

Would my rim, #123 be wide enough to fit a 265 though ?!

It should be, but there's a difference between "fit" and "fit right". Can almost guarantee 265 will work in the back, but 265 in the front won't fit. It will rub the spring. Even the M5 can't run bigger than 255 on stock wheels without spacers.

yeah for sure, hoping it won't effect ride quality.. I know the 550s have 265 in the rear so just confused if it could fit mine.. I wouldn't want to do it if it will worsen the ride.

The 550's with staggered fitment (18X8.5 F/18X9.5 R or 19X8.5F/19X9.5R) come with 275 rears as I recall. Mine came with 19's - 275/30/19, I have also had the style 124 18's and they had 275/35/18 on them.

LOL, if you're looking for a cheap upgrade I got style 124 18's with tires for $400. Traded my old car in with them on. Look around this and other forums and you might find a good deal for some 124's with tires like I did.
