paint door moulding trim (with photo)

Hi,

The plastic trim or moulding on my doors is looking really old and damaged. I was wondering if it's possible to paint them without making it look worse.

Has anyone tried this before? After some online research SEM products come up. I'm not even sure which of their paints I should use.

Here's what it looks like right now (hopefully image will show):

Don't paint them ! you can use these products I prefer the mothers but they work fine what I do is get a roll of 2" low tack masking tape ( Blue masking tape ) put that on then use the mothers they look brand new and stay that way for awhile
