painting calipers, which color to use?

Hey guys, calipers are looking pretty rough now so I'm going to paint them this weekend. On the fence as to whether or not I should go bAck with silver or try something else? Open to opinions. Thanks

Most likely will be silver then. I was thinking no to red on a blue car also. Red looks good on my 300c but that's because it's black

Go with something subtle and classy; Fire truck red really won't look that nice on our cars. Black, Silver or Gunmetal are my choices!

What's the process of painting the calipers? Pretty hard?

No either you do it with a little paint brush or you use spray paint kit. Tech freak has a thread on it. Or you can take them off and have them powder coated

Did mine in Black and it's easier to keep them clean. They also don't show the dirt as bad as the red, yellow, silver, or lighter colors. I have pictures posted under Brake updates and New cross drilled rotors.

The Gun Metal looks good. I like Black cars and Black parts on cars. Just me.

What's nice is you can try a color, if it doesn't work, paint it another color. I may try red in the future...
