new here and need help '01 540i

Hello, im new to this message board, my name is jenke.
I have a 2001 540i auto that Ijust had an engine installed in. The previous engine had low compression on 2 cylinders and was told it needed to be replaced. After inxtalling the new (used) engine it wont start! It cranks over but I am not seeing power at the fuel pump. The mechanic also said it has no spark. I replaced the cam and crank position sensor and checked all the fuses. The car comes close to starting when I spray starting fluid in the throttle body.

Any one that can help with either advice, suggestions or actually come work on the car? Im near minneapolis and woukd greatly appreciate it!
