Remote/comfort access problem

I have an E70 X5 3.0D and im experiencing the following problem :

Car does not lock/unlock with key by pressing the lock/unlock button.
Comfort Access does not work
Manual lock with key activates alarm
Manual unlock triggers alarm and key has to come into proximity of start/stop button to deactivate alarm
Car starts without any problem

The problem started after indy attempted coding CAS but cannot undo what he did.

I have BMW scanner v2.0/2.01/2.1/2.2.

Any help is much appreciated.

What exactly did the indy do? When I code, I always make a backup of the module, prior to changing anything.

I'd say at this point you are stuck with finding a BMW Dealer to recode with OE settings/programming...

if they are using NCS expert, all they have to do is code it with blank .man file and you're all set

I'll look into these options, thanks.
Has anybody retrofitted comfort acces to an e70 x5? If so how do you code comfort access? Perhaps the specific activation code was turned off?
