Production Update???

Anyone on the forum here who has ordered 3er from germany and production has just ended like yesterday(2nd Oct) or day before yesterday(1st Oct)? If then any update on shipping status, to USA?

My AW M-Sport was ordered on 8/29, started production on 9/12, finished production 9/21, went to the port on 9/24 and is still sitting there. A ship leaves for California on 10/6, so I'm hoping it makes it. I guess a two week wait for a ship is about right!

I don't think that it's gonna take 2-3 weeks until ship. Prob. within 1 week it will be on ship...

So, 38th week production shipped in 40th week. Mine was 39th week production so I guess it should be shipped in 41st week.

It takes longer than you would think to get on a boat. Unfortunately.

Mine took 7 days from arrival at the port until it was loaded. Judging by everyone's experiences posted here, my wait at the port was relatively short. I'd hazard a guess that 10 to 14 days of waiting at the port is normal... but I'm just basing that on what I've read here.

I'm on a ship already and have already docked on the boat's first stop in Sweden, yet BMWUSA.com still says 'Production Ends'. The site is always a few days behind. Call and pester your CA for a Vehicle Inquiry Report... that's the only way to get an up-to-the-minute status.

Also anyone getting M performance exhaust on their f30? Would the warranty be intact if i have this installed after taking delivery.

About 1 day short of 7 weeks from order date.

Yes, on a ship whose names starts with a "P" ( dont remember now) as of 10/10. Should be in NY/NJ port by 10/24.
