Strange Crust build up on aftermarket cooling parts..

I've done a Cooling upgrade with the following after market parts:
All Aluminum Radiator, Aluminum Thermostat cover, after market thermostat, new hoses, New hose clamps, New aluminum water pump and Autozone Raditor coolant( Wet Wetter) mix. I've been getting strange leaks and yellow dry crust around the fitting of the hoses to Aluminum Thermostat cover. It looks as if it leaks out very very slowly. I've tighten that clamp down and much as possible and it still leaks very very little. I've I also have a small leak at the drain plug of the aftermarket racing Aluminum Radiator which I can't seem to plug that minor leak. I'm thinking of using silicone since thread lock hasn't worked. I even put a rubber o-ring and that didn't work either. I'm losing coolant at 1/2 gallon every 1000k. It's a pain does anyone know what's going on here? All my parts are clean before I installed the system so I know It's not dirt or grease. My engine bay is very clean too.
