NAV-TV's rgb7+ .....Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I'd like to add my (aftermarket) DVD/MP3 player to the car...was looking into this model, unless there are others like it?

Dont wanna go thru the trouble of sourcing a newer mmi and oem dvd.

thanks guys!

tvandnav2go is the company that actually invented this stuff, and resells it to other folks (even with the same part number).

I've used it in another car and have enjoyed the unit's functionality. The best thing is that it has 2 inputs, one that is a backup camera plug with a trigger and the other is a aux in for a dvd player and such.

I just did a soft install to check functionality. I still need to figure out placement of all the stuff thats going in the trunk

One thing about this module is that you have to cut wires

It took about 20-30 minutes to get it up and running.

Pics shortly

I dont have rear entertainment Im sure it will tho..not that hard to split the signal if the rear system has its own video source.

+1
the actual hardware install was straight forward with no issue's .
The software part ( programming ) was a little hectic , but was
done with no major problems . The included instructions were
great & a must have when doing this install .

The functions & features of this unit are really nice , But I do think it
will take the owner of the car I installed this in a little while to get
the hang of all the features .

I myself wouldn't mind picking the unit up . The only thing that
pushes me away is the price . With that said I'll stick with the
Nav TV & all the equipment I already have installed .

SORRY But I didn't take any pic's or make a video .
I just wanted to get the install done as quickly as possible
& didn't want to be stuck on this car for more than 1 day .

What all equipment did you end up using for your setup?
I just started a new thread regarding only having the Nav-TV unit itself but trying to consider the audio options.

Please feel free to chime in that thread if you have any other info.

I had already did the "Tuner Mod" to my radio. I think NAV TV makes an Audio-input unit as well for the MOST setup.

Thanks for getting back to me & replying to the thread. I guess I'm lost a bit, I have not done the tuner mod yet and have not installed my nav tv, I would like to avoid the MosTAuX adapter if possible and still get good sound and video into my nav screen. Can you breakdown for me how your setup accomplishes this? I have an iPad and iPod would likely use for the audio and video source instead of a DVD player. I have the apple cable to get audio & video out from the i devices but I'm lost on how the audio would work? Headphone jack?
