2008 X5 door locking question

I'm having a hard time figuring out if this is factory set and can't be changed or not.

When I turn off the car, I would like all doors to unlock. Actually, I'd like them to all unlock when I put the car in Park.

Instead, I have to pull my door handle once to unlock, and a 2nd time to open. I couldn't find this option in my iDrive vehicle settings anywhere, but I am a new owner so I may be missing something.

Likewise, my passengers cannot exit unless I hit the center console unlock button. This is another reason I would like all doors to unlock when parking the car.

Suggestions?

I have a 08 as well, you have to get someone to program it for you, the dealer will not.

They have to pull twice as well..

I was able to code this (along with other fun things learned at bmwcoding.com). Now when I hit the engine on/off button and pull the key, all the doors unlock.
