Dont have it. Dont feel like i need it. I do a lot of driving in eco pro and i dont want a soft setting ever. I like the passive sport suspension.

I'm just copying and pasting my review from another thread:

Follow-up for those wondering about ride comfort on the ZDH/M Adaptive suspension:

Have now had our new 2013 328i Sport Line for a couple weeks and can comment on the ride. For reference, my dad has a 2007 328i (pre-LCI) with the sport package, and I have a friend with a 2008 128i also with sport package.

The F30 with M Adaptive in Sport mode has nowhere, and I mean nowhere near the ride harshness of either the E90 or E82. The pre-LCI E90 sport with Bridgestone RE050 RFTs was positively brutal on freeway expansion joints. It had this way of heaving me into the locked seatbelt and compressing my guts. We have pretty good roads, and I like my firm suspension as much as anyone, but this was too harsh for me. The E82 I drove was I felt a bit more compliant on broken pavement but still had a bit of that heaving feeling on expansion joints.

The F30 in Sport has well controlled body motions in mildly spirited driving (haven't pushed it yet) but no painful ride characteristics like the others. It feels just right, much like my brief drive of an F30 335i Sport with the passive sport suspension did. In comfort mode, impact harshness on broken pavement goes down, and ride motions on the freeway become a bit more floaty, but not too bad. It's a noticeable difference but not so much that it's too much on either end. Having the option of both is a nice touch. On nice CA roads you really don't need comfort mode, but the configurable sport mode is the big advantage IMO.

In short:
-If you have crappy roads, go for it.
-If you have smooth roads and you can live with comfort/light steering or sport drivetrain mode on the AT, or if you have an MT, take it or leave it
-If you want a configurable sport mode and are worried that it will be worse than the non-adaptive car you test drove (this was me), don't worry about it, just get it.

As for the VSS, it's nice but not necessary. Effort in comfort and sport seems about the same as each respective mode with the regular steering. That is to say, in comfort it's too light and in sport it's okay, but I still want my E90 steering back.
