At random front end shimming/pulsating/vibrating...Please help!

Have researched all possibilities and other threads...Does anyone have any helpful diagnostics for my specific issue. Problem is that there is a variant level of pulsating and shimmy feeling in the brakes and/or steering wheel, But not all the time and not at any specific speeds. For example, I could be driving at 30-60 mph and out of no where, I could feel the steering wheel and front end vibrate pretty bad along with breaking becomes pulsating and then all of a sudden every thing becomes normal. And while breaking, sometimes the same sensation occurs then disappears again...Main point being, that the problem i'm feeling occurs as such random instances and with out any sort of identifiable trends.. Steps taken for resolution include..All I know is that it's definitely the front end, but perhaps it's not mechanical/suspension related and more electronic faulty braking related????

1. replaced pads and rotors twice
2. trust and tension arm bushings replaced
3. wheels checked n balanced and replaced...
4. no ABS, DSC, or BRAKE lights showing on the car.

How many miles in this car? You need to check over and diagnose the entire front end: ball joints, bushings, tie rods, shocks/struts, tires, brakes(rotor runout), etc.

The car needs to be off the ground to do all this. If you are DIYing this and don't know how, you need to do some extensive reading on this and other forums and on Google ("BMW E39 trouble shooting front end vibration" or something like that). If not DIY, you need to find an indie mechanic who is a BMW expert-don't settle for less.

I'd start where everyone starts when it comes to vibration:
- The main causes of vibration while highway driving (0) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) & while highway braking (1) (2) (3) & why it's not rotor "warp" (1) & severe ABS shuddering while slow speed braking on bumps (1) & how fluid-filled thrust arm bushings crack and tear causing the BMW to vibrate at speed (0) (1) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) & a comprehensive TireRack vehicle vibration diagnosis chart (1) (jpg) with wheel match mounting hints (1) & how a worn drive shaft, flex disc, center bearing, or "giunti Boschi", aka giubo (it's not spelled guibo although it sounds like it is to some) can cause the vehicle to vibrate (1) (2) (3) (4) & how to repair the rear driveshaft seal by the differential (1) & how to repair the inner constant velocity (CV) half-drive shaft (1).
Please read the suggested threads and add value, either by pictures or by descriptions, so the next person stands on your shoulders.
