2009 E90 Radio, Bluetooth, and car sounds not working!!

Has this happened to any of you?

Sometimes when I start my car the Radio won't sound, the bluetooth won't work, and the sounds of the car (unbuckle sound, car warnings or any sound emitted through the speakers) won't play.

This has happened to me many times. What I do is that I turn off the car, take the key out open and close the door, press the lock button. I wait like 1-3 minutes (that's when I hear the computer of the car turning off) and reopen the vehicle, then restart. All of the sudden the system stars working again. I think that sometimes the sound module of the car won't turn on.

This is kind of a concern because I don't know if this is something that needs to be corrected. Or if the system is telling me good bye.
