sell/part out/or keep trying

i have a 1986 325 es that isn't really in that great of condition. im not too concerned with looks, its arent very good, but i have some serious problem. i got it running which was no easy task but then back in january i cracked the oil pan. i currently cant figure out how to get the oil pan out. i hve removed all the bolts connecting it to the top half and it doesnt want to slide out. i am currently needing a good reliable car that i can trust to get me to and from school and my girlfriends house. i just dont think my bmw will cut it but i want to know what you think i should do? how much could i get for parting it out? how much could it sell for? if i get the oil pan replaced ho==is it that reliable? how do i replace the oil pan? i know i havnt given you much to work with. i will try to upload pics and mileage soon.

A wrecker's ol pan just cost me $300 complete. You might have to lift the engine a bit to get it out or maybe take off the oil pick-up. IMO fix and drive. There are lots that have been parted and possibly you won't be selling pristine parts. Carefully ftted you should not get any problems from that area. Sell it as a 'runner' at a time to suit. No idea about values.
