Exclamation guages not working please help!!!!!

hey everyone thanks for viewing the post i am clueless as to whats going on here
i have a 2000 323i i had my power steering rack replaced then i get the dreaded call "was your traction control light on?" so long story short i get my car back

traction control light is on
red brake light is on
tachometer is not working
engine temp gauge maxes out soon as i start the car
fuel gauge is working but fuel estimation does not work

ive verified the fuses are ok
i was thinking maybe the cluster but the speedo is working fine
the garage replaced the clock ring in the steering wheel thinking they screwed it up while doing the rack.

i would greatly appreciate any input or suggestions

Could be a defective battery or even alternator then.
Have you used the OBC to check the voltage? Or if that won't work, back to the old fashioned VOM?

I'm not dismissing that you just had the shop change out your rack. And if I could think of some connection, I'd surely pass that along.
But on the surface of it, I cannot think of anything close to the rack that would affect your cluster. Nonetheless, I'd probably want to get under there to see if any wires in the rack vicinity look disturbed.
And did they go in from the top and remove the MAF and boot perhaps? To get to the reservoir? Could have messed up a connector up there.

Make sure the battery`s ground connection (to the body) is clean and tight.

He already said the fuses are good. But it might be good to check them for good solid contact.
