Blank Nav No Radio Music etc
Hi,
I have a 06 x5 3.0 and the nav does not come on. Nothing on the screen, no radio, also the on/off button seems dead. What should I check?

Have you checked the obvious , fuses? Located in the back or behind the glove box.

|
If your BMW has the ign switch similar to th E38 then it is oxide on the contacts. Remove the electrical part of the switch - drown it in switch cleaner while working the switch over its operating range - dry - refit. Problems should be gone

Thank you guys, so problem went away after 6 weeks of vacation. So I guess x5 also needed a vacation.
