A/C belt tensioner snapped

Replaced both belts today on my 1.9, 1999 Z3 and when tightening the adjustable tensioner pulley on the air conditioning belt the bolt started to strip its thread and then I found part of it on the ground under the car. This was barely tightened and therefore suspect a flaw. Is the threaded part replaceable? anybody have a picture of this part. Would appreciate help and advise.
