Have you replaced rotors on your 7?

I was at the dealership today and got my rear brakes fixed under the extended maintenance plan, possibly my last free visit since I have 96k miles now.

I was told that my rotors are at BMW minimum spec and could not be replaced under the maintenance plan. They would have to fall under minimum spec. Then he proceeded to tell me that the 7's hardly ever require new rotors only pads. He made it sound like my rotors were still the original ones.

I can't help but feel like I'm always being fed a line of crap about why thing can't be done.

What are your thoughts?

At that mileage I would definitely replace the rotors. Check out Zimmerman Rotors.

If the rotors are at min, I would go ahead and swap them out. The maint plan is a joke btw. If your lucky you get a set of pads an oil change and some new wiper blades.

if you decide to get them call them and they'll give you 100+ off

on mine price was like 460+ but i called order line and he went down to 350 with express shipping

Yeah, and at 96k I recommend you change them. I have the same drilled and slotted ones as above.

My best guess would be OEM at the moment.
