Automatic mirror adjusting when backing up...not working?

Hi, my right side mirror used to automatically adjust downward when I back up ( to help me to see the curb I guess), but it no longer does it. Is there somewhere in setting that I accidentally turned off? Please advice, thanks!

The switch you use to select the driver or passenger mirror for adjustment, must be slid to the driver side position to activate curb monitoring. Your switch is likely set to control the passenger mirror at the moment.

Pro tip: if you hold the interior light button down for 3 seconds (or until the lights turn off) it will prevent your interior lights from coming on when you open a door. Press once to re-enable automatic lights.

OMG you are awesome. You are right about the switch, and the light tip is very useful!!! Thanks a lot!
