AC Fan Clicking
In the 4 months I've had my car, I went on the longest drive to date (Sac-Fresno).
It was a hot day and I had the AC running. I turned the engine off along the way to pump gas. When I got back in my car, I was hearing a "whirring" sound of a fan that appeared to be catching on something as there was "clicking" also. I turned the AC all the way off and it seemed to go away. Later that night when I was driving home, I turned on the system without AC to just blow in outside air, and the sound was there again. Anyone experienced such a problem or sound? |

Mine does this too, it sort of creaks / whirs. Assuming there's something caught in the blower. Does your sound go away when you turn it all the way up too? When mine goes up past about 4 blocks it quiets. Someone can advise further (please) but I think we're going to have to disassemble the passenger side lower dash and remove whatever is in the blower or replace it.

Mines under warranty still and at the dealer for brakes today anyways. So I will tell them to take a look at it.
