3 Hours until compliance clock starts... Anticipation

Sitting in the lobby of my hotel patiently watching the minutes tick down to my delivery time.

Just want to share what I think is an excellent hotel experience here in Munich. We booked the Platzl Hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. All I can say is, expectations way exceeded. It's a beautiful old hotel with fully modernized rooms in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was large and very modern - looks like it was redone yesterday. I highly recommend this property.

Rolf (or Peter) was a no show at the airport yesterday. I have correspondence confirming pickup from a couple months ago. He didn't respond to my confirming email last week. No real bother though as the taxi was quick and easy.

Off the the U Bahn soon and the new baby. Then a short drive this afternoon followed by a way too quick turn in at the airport. Off to Paris tomorrow. I know, we could've driven but Delta enticed me with no additional miles flight from Munich to Paris and we decided to maximize our time in the city. I'll have many fun years ahead with the vehicle.

Now back to the anticipation...

Well, by now you should have your new baby, and experienced it on the road!!! Enjoy, it's such a great experience.

I remember pickup day. The butterflies and the fun. I still start grinning when I think of it.
