1997 Z3 2.8 rebuilding - father-and-son photo blog

for educational purposes, if anyone's interested:

http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...1&l=e28c92328c

my son bought a used '97 Z3 last winter, and we've been rebuilding it ever since

head gasket job turned into a full cylinder head replacement with TimeSerts in the block, and took us 6 months to finish

but it's running great now - on the road, and we're working on all the other little things it still needs - enjoy!
