Hello, I'm new here and could use some advice.

I'm considering a purchase of a '95 740iL. The one I'm looking at has 164K miles on it. Other than wear on the front seats the car seems to be in surprisingly good condition and runs very nice.

I will be poking around this site a bit to learn what I can, but I was wondering if there are any known issues with this model/year?

I generally do my own service and repairs and I am used to working on late model european cars. Audi's, Volvo's, etc.., but not BMW's. I'm not too concerned about working on it, but I would like to have some idea's of what I might be getting myself into before I bring it home.
