Lock down of rear doors and gas cap after alarm

I am a newbie to the X5 and my wife stayed in car and set off the interior alarm - after she restarted it the rear doors and the gas cap were locked down.

The console master lock button also was disabled.

To fix this I disconnected the battery (using the handy BMW tool kit beside the spare tire) and it restored everything to neutral.
