God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993. |

Replacing Convertible top
Any Recommendations on the glue I should use? This is my first time doing this, I got a video on the how to on this, but Not sure what brand or sealant I should purchase. Any Help would be grateful.

Just finished this on my E30. Used Weldwood contact cement (gel) type from lowes

Could you let us know how hard it is after it is done? Also where did you buy your top from? I only ask becaus I to need to do mine, and was considering doing my own, but have never done one before so I am a bit nervous. I am a mechanic so I have years working on cars and am comfortable doing so, but have never worked on convertible tops.
