Hawk HPS and any OEM replacement rotor from any of the countless online retailers (most of them sponsors).
Don't forget to order new wear sensors.

If the original sensors were never triggered, they really don`t need to be replaced....one thing you *should* have on hand is a few spare Allen-head screws that locate the rotors....they`re only about a buck each....
