How often do you decide to "go nuclear" in the M?
You all know what I mean. We've all been there. Somebody in a Mustang/Camaro/Corvette/(insert other "rival" brand here) pulls up beside you at a light, and either a.) revs their engine or b.) begins to do the "inch forward" thing, as the other light is turning red.
Now do you a.) prepare to duke it out off the line, or b.) chalk them up to being an idiot, and refuse to be baited? How often do you choose option a, vs. option b, and do you prefer to "cruise" often, or are you a "hair on fire" kinda guy (or gal Thanks for playing along.

I've been a car guy long enough to know the numbers on almost any stock vehicle on the road today. If my revving neighbor seems modded, I might bite just to see how much has been done - I've met quite a few legitimately cool people who just enjoy a light to light run every now and then.

The other day a dude in a massive, hopped-up pickup was next to me at a light. He started revving his engine, making the hole thing jerk and bounce with great noise.
The light changed, and he went away backwards so fast (and I was so busy looking front), that I never figured out if he was a) actually racing me, or b) was just goading the jerk in the M3 to see if he could make him go nuclear... |

I used to get more people wanting to race when I had my 335i. With the M3, I haven't had anyone do that. I don't care as most folks indicated on here that it's not worth jeopardizing safety and tickets for.

I'm in M3 hell right now waiting on the car. Then I have to wait in purgatory for the break-in. I can't wait to let it scream to 8400 rpm at 1 AM.

Common sense says option (b) but I usually dumbly opt for option (a).
