335i overheat and drivetrain malf error!

Have had my 2013 335i m-sport for almost two months now it's stuck at the dealer awaiting a new engine fan to arrive from Germany; ETA about 7-10 days. Car only has 1300 miles.

Here's what happendee:
Under normal driving I first had a drivetrain malfunction error followed shortly by an overheat error. Took it to dealer the first time and they checked it out and determined it was a computer glitch and rest it. That last about 3 days before the exact same errors occurred again. Took it back to dealer and now it seems to be the fan system.

Anyone else have the same issue occur?
