Ive priced mine up to be around 1200 in parts and machine shop costs.

That includes:

All upper and lower timing case gaskets
Full set of upgraded timing chain guides (design revised to stop 'ticking' noise at idle)
Both head gaskets
Set of cylinder head bolts
Set of valve stem seals (To fix smoking at idle)
OEM coolant pipe and o-rings to fix inevitable weep hole leak! (for another 100k at least ha ha)
Full set of rocker cover gaskets
Front crankshaft oil seal
Crankshaft bolt
O-rings for VANOS solenoids
O-rings for vacuum pump
Exhaust manifold gasket set
Inlet manifold gasket set

Machine shop work includes:
Surface grinding of both cylinder heads by -0.3mm
Re-facing 32 valves
Re-cutting 32 valve seats
Leak testing

I will be doing all the labour myself, its a big job, I can see why the dealer charges so much!

+1 on the oil pressure switch leaking! mine went too!
