BMW Assist
I just purchased a 2011 X3 that was a BMW corporate exec vehicle with all the bells and whistles.
Question: Do I need to call BMW and get the BMW Assist info switched to my name or does my BMW dealer do that automatically? TIA

You will need to push the S.O.S button in the car and set up your Account. Very easy to do !

Hit the SOS button and recording came on that I had to contact my dealer.
Which I did. Should be good-to-go tomorrow.

Sorry about that.never had that happen. A recording...very strange but again mine was new and came with four years of service and I was told to push the SOS button to set it up. Hope everything works out..Enjoy your new ride....I know you will !
