Picked up new 28i, no professional Audio!? What the!

I just picked up my X3 this past weekend and behold, I dont think I have the professional audio system since there are no equalizer options. I also dont have the Technology/Nav package but comfort and premium packages I have are suppose to included an upgraded audio system.

Was the wrong system installed on my X3? Or do I have to get the Tech package to get the equalizer settings? Interestingly on the bmw.ca website when configuring, there was an option to select to select 'audio professional' for $0

I'm in Canada by the way, so the packages my differ from the US.


Can anyone help me out and tell me what's going on? Do i have the wrong audio system?

If you check out the sticky on this forum for the 2013 X3 - go to lbjgh's Canadian price list. The Hi-Fi Sound System Professional is only an available option on the 35i (Option 677, included in ZNJ - Executive Package for 35i).

677: 16 speakers (incl. 2 subwoofer), 600w amplifier, Dolby Pro Logic , 7-band EQ (with 609)

For the 28i, the Executive package includes option 676.

676: 12 speakers, including 2 subwoofers and 205w multi-channel digital amplifier.
