I'm not too sure but it sound like you may want to get that check out. To me its sound like your header is knoking or maybe a simple seaform action would help.

DOnt quote me on it but take it to a shop to have it check.

I'm not sure there is anything wrong there. Diesels are usually pretty loud underhood, and in the cabin with the doors closed it got awfully quiet.
My buddy had an '11 X5 Xdrive35d and you could hear him coming up the street. Maybe you should have given it a little rev, but as far as the video goes it doesn't sound like an issue.
