I worked with BMW ED and they agreed to compensate one month. I also thought may be someone used my car, but the millage difference just 9 miles between what I left and when I got a car in dealership
Thanks |

The extra month of payment is an acceptable compensation for losing a month of driving. Glad they stepped up

Glad that worked out in your favor. Did you call BMW ED or BMW FS? Does the ED department have the authority to just credit a month lease payment? I need to pursue the same thing so certainly appreciate any input.

I deal with BMW ED, they have no relationship with BMW FS to credit your payment, but BMW ED just can write you a check for your monthly payment amount. I still not get a check yet, but got email confirmation from BMW ED agreeing to issue check to me.

I just picked up the car today! I must be among the last to get it re-delivered from Topeka. Don't have any pics from today (dark and raining) but thought I'd post a pic from our trip through the Grossglockner pass in September. Having done my 1st ED end to end now, I'd say it's an amazing way to buy a car, but the wait for re-delivery in gruesome. |

We got a "drivetrain malfunction" error while in Europe and they had to diagnose and replace a part for that. Apparently took them a while to figure out what it was and then get the part in.

After looking under front seats, was surprised, metal frame base under the seat cushion has a lot of rust. Plus rust on seat hinged BMW screwed F30

Wow, that doesn't look normal. Are you having it looked at?

Scheduled appointment with a dealer. After looking other forums, found, it is worldwide issue for all F30 produced before November 01. BMW NA still not issued yet any formal statements,
and most dealers refuse to fix. I even went to dealer showroom and looked new car there, it also has a rust for seat frame and hinges, of course in light form, since car has 0 miles and sits inside and never been driven. |

Front seat frames have been replaced under warranty.
