Anyone have contact at BMW Oxnard VDC

I am just wondering if anyone have a contact at Oxnard VDC?

My car is docking tomorrow. Want to see if they have replacement fuel pump in stock?

Given that my dealer already has one. Wanted to call them to see if they can release my car and let my dealer change out the pump instead of waiting forever at VDC.

Based on what I have heard. all repairs now must be carried out at VDC. The vehicle will not be release to carrier until it has been done.
