New to BMW - Newbie Question

I am looking to get a 2013 BMW X3 x28i tomorrow but I have two questions.. I looked at the vehicle and noticed that it does not have the Xenon headlights, I didn't actually get to see the car on and look at the headlights but I am curious. If the vehicle only has the standard halogen free-form headlights w/fog lights are the "Angel eyes" also standard or do you have to have the lighting upgrade to the Xenon lights to also get the angels eyes?

You need to have Xenon lights to get the angel eyes.
