Finally

18 days after our 535i GT cleared customs our dealer received delivery......delay over a programming issue.......(right!!!!!!) but we now have our BMW the VPC should be ashamed of themselves, how hard is it to re-program a navigation system.....word to the wise never ever try to contact the VPC as they will delay your car for trying to find out the status of your car......they must be a real bunch of self righteous individuals....

If memory serves, BMW NA out-sorcerered, errr outsourced the VDC at Port Hueneme in late 2009, using the MBA-Speak-Of-The-Day ("in the name of Efficiency and Effectiveness"). I'd be willing to bet that they don't have the same level of access to BMW engineering that they enjoyed "back-in-the-day".

Let's see a picture of the new delivery....I need something to hold on to while I watch the agonizingly slow approach of the Triton Leader up the coast of Mexico.
