Windows not rolling while motor running

Hello all,

My problem is windows which are not working while motor is running. They work perfectly when I turn it off and ut in to "accessory / on" mode.

Any ideas?

Vehicle: 1992 525i at 200K.

A strange electrical problem indeed...

Must be a problem with the General Module since that is what controls the windows as well as a number of other accessories.
Try swapping the GM with one from a local junkyard.
