Nasty oil leak, but from where?

Thanks. That is sprayed on. A good friend of mine does custom paint on motorcycles and sprayed them perfectly. I thought they were too dark, but the lights in color shine through.

I have my sidemarkers done but am a little nervous to do my tails. The paint looks uniform with the lights on?

Yes. You need to make sure whoever does the paint work, needs to be a pro. They must put equal coats on all pieces. Then they clear everything.

I have a friend that paints. He is going to clearcoat with a black tint to do them. That how he did the sidemarkers but he did them a little too dark

It's in the amount of tinted coats he puts on. If he does them on the car, you could have him test coat them and test the brightness, before clear coating.

Thats what i will have him do. Ill be sure to post pics once its all done. And what made you decide not to do have the strip in the middle of the lights done?

Back up lights and I didn't want to diminish the brightness. I think I'll have him do them along with side turn signals. I also purchased smoked film for the BMW emblems, front and back. The only thing I want chrome on my car are the rims.
