Should I buy 97 740iL with 36k miles for $7,700

I have a 97 528i.

A neighbor who is 79 dying of cancer is selling his 1997 740iL with 36,000 miles. Yes only 36,000. for $7,700. Single owner, garaged, adult owned etc.

I am seriously considering buying it. I checked NADA and KBB and I was very surprised at the low values from them.

It just seems like such a good value it' hard to walk away from the deal

.....No.....Other Issues Will crop up just from not driving it.......$$$$$$$$$$
