2013 335i Racing Chips? Factory Warranty Safe?

I'm getting a 2013 BMW 335 M-Sport in January. I want to add a racing chip. Does anyone have a recommended chip to boost at least 30 HP that doesn't void the factory warranty?

Those that come in a bag from a supermarket will retain the factory warranty.

Computer chips & ECU flashin's will not.

Dinan comes closest, but the factory warranty IS zapped. They sub their own at highest cost.

Wait....2013....good for N55 chips now sold? Inquiry w/manufacturers is best.

Standard advice & reflex response: You should look into suspension & drivetrain mods before adding power. Why? Read up.

Egad. Forgot 'bout that - you're right!

Not a chip, a reflash.

I will never understand why people want to mod their cars before they even drive them once on the track stock let alone take delivery. Whats the point? You can only accelerate from 0-speed limit between lights so fast before you get pulled over for reckless driving.
